MIDDLE POTOMAC SAILING ASSOCIATION

SAILING INFORMATION

The Middle Potomac Sailing Association Racing Series will consist of races each scored under a modified

PHRF handicap rating.  The Middle Potomac Sailing Association is open to all sailors, whether members

of MPSA or not.  We will maintain Low Point Scoring for spinnaker and non spinnaker classes. For
